Fox Tribe Buff increased from 5 -> 7 minutes. Treasure Box Event: Rookie Badge Box 20% -> 80% drop rate.

Item Changes

Various custom equipment has had it's NPC sell restriction lifted, lock your inventories so you don't accidentally sell your gears.
