Fixes & Changes:

Some messages will now show only on login instead of everytime you enter a new map. Uber Weapons can now be sold to an NPC. Honor Points have been fully depreciated, you can convert them to Rookie Badges in Louyang (@bgshop) Job Level 50+ can enter PvP Arena. Uber Shop Dialog cleaned up immensely for a better user experience. Rookie Badge Box drop rate increased 5% -> 20% from Prontera Castle Treasure Chests
