  • Global #channel chat delays have been introduced to help reduce spam and unwanted toxic behavior.
  • Elite Weapon changes
    • Holy Book: Attack reduced from 180 -> 150; Bonus INT 15 -> 25 and Bonus VIT 5 -> 10
